PMB Shariah Aggressive Fund and
PMB Shariah Small-Cap Fund for the financial year ended
31 July 2025.
PMB Shariah Aggressive Fund has declared an income distribution of
2.00 sen per unit, amounting to a total gross distribution of
RM4,208,456.62. The Fund's Net Asset Value (NAV) per unit stood at
RM0.4527 before the distribution and was adjusted to
RM0.4327 after the distribution. Based on the ex-date of 31 July 2025, this distribution represents an attractive yield of
4.08% based on the Fund's closing NAV, demonstrating the Fund's commitment to delivering consistent income returns to unitholders.
PMB Shariah Small-Cap Fund, has declared an income distribution of
1.00 sen per unit, amounting to a total gross distribution of
RM221,881.93. The Fund's Net Asset Value (NAV) per unit was
RM0.5736 before the distribution and adjusted to
RM0.5636 after the distribution. Based on the ex-date of 31 July 2025, this distribution represents a yield of
1.65% based on the Fund's closing NAV, reflecting the Fund's steady income-generating capabilities within the small-cap segment.

PMB Shariah Aggressive Fund has delivered a three-year cumulative return of
19.34%, or 6.45% average annually as of 31 July 2025, with today's 4.08% yield. Our
PMB Shariah Small-Cap Fund achieved a three-year cumulative return of
50.77% (
16.92% average annually) with a 1.65% yield. We remain optimistic about Shariah-compliant investment opportunities and our research capabilities to deliver sustained value for our unitholders.”
Launched in 1972, PMB Shariah Aggressive Fund is PMB Investment’s sixth fund, while PMB Shariah Small-Cap Fund was launched on 16 May 2016. Under normal circumstances, these Funds allocate between 80% to 99.5%, and 70% to 95%, respectively, of their Net Asset Value (NAV) to Shariah-compliant equities and equity-related securities. The remaining portion is invested in Islamic money market instruments, Islamic deposit placements, sukuk, and other Shariah-compliant permitted investments.
The equity allocation is actively reviewed based on global, regional, and domestic economic and market conditions. This includes a comprehensive assessment of political, economic, and business developments prior to any investment decision.
