En. Mohd Kamal bin Husin

Mohd Kamal bin Husin joined the Board on 21 September 2022. He is currently the Deputy Secretary General (Development) in the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development. Prior to this post, Mohd Kamal was the Senior Under Secretary (Administration Services) in the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development and the Under Secretary (Policy & Inspectorate Division) of the Ministry of Local Government Development (KPKT).
He has a long career with various ministries and government agencies, among others, the Ministry of Finance and Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (SPRM), and brings with him extensive experience and knowledge having worked in the public sector for over 34 years.
Mohd Kamal is currently serving on the board of various organizations such as Yayasan Pelajaran MARA, Risda Estates Sdn. Bhd and Perbadanan Kemajuan Pertanian Pahang. A dedicated worker, he received the award, Kesatria Mangku Negara (KMN) in 2017 and Anugerah Khidmat Cemerlang in 2016, 2009 and 2001 for his services.
He obtained his Advance Diploma in Business Studies in Economics from University Teknologi MARA (UITM) in 1994.
