Rashidah brings over 24 years of experience in the telecommunications and financial services industries, including 15 years specialising in human resource management.
Prior to joining Pelaburan MARA Berhad, Rashidah served as Head of Human Capital Development and Head of Learning and Development at Amanah Raya Berhad, where she led key strategic HR initiatives. She also spent six years at Time dotCom Berhad, gaining valuable experience in product development and customer service.
Her areas of expertise include talent acquisition and workforce planning, organisational development and training design, talent management and succession planning, performance management systems, compensation and benefits, as well as employee engagement and industrial relations. She is deeply passionate about aligning people strategies with organisational objectives to drive sustainable growth and performance.
Rashidah is a Certified Human Resource Manager (Chartered Management Institute, CMI) and a Certified Accredited Trainer (Human Resource Development Corporation, HRDC). She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Administration from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).
